Plaza Feliz Apartment Complex, Albuquerque NM
It is a green project aiming towards LEED gold certification. It will incorporate both energy conservation assemblies and environmentally friendly materials. The green efforts of the project will not only save tenants money in utilities, but also promote cost savings in construction operations. The heated square footage of the project is totaled approximately 67,162 sq. ft. The project also has a community office and a 4000 sq. ft daycare center. Some green assemblies include: High efficiency irrigation systems, environmentally preferred materials, and insulated concrete forms (ICF’s).
UNM-H Anesthesiology Remodel
University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. All design was done in 3-D utilizing Revit 2012 in order to eliminate conflicts with new and existing utilities
and systems. Total approximate square footage is 7,900 Square Feet. Project is on-going, Design completion Fall of 2011, Construction completion is expected in early 2012.
