Mercury Payment Systems – Shell & Core, Durango CO

A full remodel was completed in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing in REVIT 2012 – 200 Level Revit.

New 85,000 sq. ft. office building with Tenant Improvement and Energy Modeling required for a LEED submittal.







Castetter South- Albuquerque, NM

A 13,800 sq. ft two story laboratory research facility designed with an infrastructure to support a future 12,000 to 18,000 sq. ft addition. The 1st LEED Gold certified building on the University of New Mexico Campus touts energy efficient operation though the use of central campus utilities in conjunction with variable volume air handling systems focusing on occupant safety and supported by energy savings. The programming flexibility that The user required posed difficulties for the design team to assure Laboratory staff a safe environment while maximizing energy efficiency, offering space alteration flexibility, significant expansion capability, while maintains a restricted budget. The use of standard mechanical systems inconcert with limited specialty laboratory equipment and integrated controls has not only met the goal of this project but is a campus leader in building design and operation. Total Construction Cost for this project was $4.3 Million.
